Benjamin Paquette
Benjamin (B. P.) Paquette is a filmmaker and academic. His debut feature film as producer, writer and director was the international award-winning and critically-acclaimed A Year In the Death of Jack Richards (2004). While his second film The Woman of Ahhs will be released later this year, he is currently in post-production on his third film Casting Fidelity and in pre-production on his fourth film The Anonymous Rudy S. From 2001 to 2005, he was both a teacher and the Director of the Film and Television Production Program at Trebas Institute, a private college in Montreal, QC. He continues to teach part-time while he completes his Doctorate degree in Film Studies at the Université de Montréal (Montreal, QC). His academic credentials already include Master and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees (both a Major in Film Production) from Concordia University (Montreal, QC).

Anis Pervez
Anis Pervez is a film researcher academically trained in Media and Communication, Information and Film Studies, and Sociology respectively from Dhaka University, Indiana University Bloomington and Oslo University. Pervez has served several organizations in Bangladesh, USA, and Norway as a film and media teacher, researcher, journalist, and consultant. He has published on film and information in different academic journals and a book on film theory titled Information, reception and film: A reader-response analysis of Rashomon. At present Pervez is researching on cybernetic film theory.
